A lot wrong in this story beyond the headline.  What is Homeland Security doing getting involved in a local property dispute entirely within a state?  I should think the owner of the cows would be liable civilly for all foreseeable damages of allowing the cows to enter another’s property and possibly for involving the federal military / domestic forces who apparently have no understanding of process and proportionality.  Every Democrat administration has to take on some uncooperative folks out west; it’s in their DNA.  No fatalities in this one, but some should be coming.  It is the party of power, control and coercion, at any cost, even by cheating.  Despicable group if you ask me; one great regret is having once been one.  Court Upholds Domestic Drone Use in Arrest of American Citizen – US News and World Report.
