It’s settled. Carbon dioxide is a pollutant, and plant food. Thank goodness for the natural gas boom underway to offset this disastrous overreach by the EPA. There will still be pain though (no, not for producers; they can pass on the costs; or the government; it almost never admits or takes responsibility for its malpractice). When coal prices get back to $180 or so per metric tonne, extraction and transport from W.Va. and Wyoming to China and India (using coal fired steamships instead of diesel?) might become feasible? If not that price, I wonder what price?
