At least you now can get a judge to review EPA action before you are ruined, thanks to the judiciary.
You may ask yourself why in the world would the EPA bother themselves with investigating an innocuous email sent from some individual in North Carolina? Allegedly the order to investigate every communication to Mr. Armendariz came down from on high in Washington, D.C..
That, in my opinion, is simply no excuse. There was no threat, perceived or otherwise. The government is too damn big. Agencies like the EPA are running amok in our country, over regulating, and trying to police every action by private citizens who have the right to contact our government officials. It has to stop. It has to stop or we face losing everything.
