The New York Times uncritically reports this from a federal government worker working in the White House:
“Ms. Zichal suggested in her remarks that a central part of the administration’s approach to dealing with climate change would be to use the authority given to the Environmental Protection Agency to address climate-altering pollutants from power plants under the Clean Air Act.”
In that carbon dioxide is plant food, and the evidence for catastrophic human caused global warming currently resides in poorly performing models that cannot even predict the past let alone the future, the litigation should be interesting. The EPA says you must comply first with its edicts, then seek your redress in the government-controlled courts even though at least one court has rightly stated that this is not appropriate due process.
We need an injunction on the volcanoes! They emit real toxic gases – plus the plant food – without regard to plant or animal well-being.
