Decades ago “Officer Friendly” was presented to grade schoolers as a person that could be trusted to help out.
Officer Friendly was usually a person that was physically strong, capable, experienced in matters of conflict, conflict avoidance, and conflict resolution, and thus less fearful when encountering people, with almost all of the police at the working public-facing level being of such type.
The public in some areas was well-behaved while the public in other areas was less-well behaved to incorrigible.
Some interventionists determined that it was good to encourage migration of people into historically new areas for such people usually with devices such as bullying banks to finance unworthy borrowers, outright transfer payments via HUD Section 8 voucher programs, state-arranged tax-exempt financing schemes for housing, and the like.
Some interventionists worked to create a continuing narrative toward fostering a seething hatred of other groups, using as its primary vehicle appeals to the vice of envy, even of others that themselves are yoked to c. 40% taxes for transfers to others of all kinds, including politicians of the PRC, and are thusly slaves themselves.
The police were often called to deal with family and neighbor disputes that had escalated needlessly due to atrocious behavior, as behavioral standards had degraded due to the envy and victim narratives designed to excuse misbehavior.
Various agencies of the United States government and other governments facilitated, financed, and arranged for the export from, among other places, Colombia and Mexico, cocaine!
Some interventionists worked to send funds to police agencies for higher end weapons to combat the armaments now held by the well-to-do criminal organizations working the cocaine trade.
Some interventionists worked to install people of obviously lower capability (as inarguably demonstrated by the use of metrics that are wholly unrelated to capability such as type of genitalia) into police agencies, and thusly over time creating police agencies and police cultures that over time became less capable and thus more fearful over time.
The police are now called to deal with family and neighbor and gang disputes that had escalated to atrocious and unchecked behavior and turf warfare in deteriorated cities that are governed poorly or have in them an unruly mix of well-behaved and poorly behaved people that are so dissimilar they cannot ever get along but the former that stay don’t realize or refuse to recognize it and thus cannot be governed well.
Some interventionists were sure to identify select instances where a policeman or policewoman could have been acting out of excessive fear or excessive animus to focus on each such instance and to attribute the cause to excessive animus.
Official US government policy is to create inflation (i.e., the relentless and continuous degradation of the currency) which is usually reflected in higher stated prices, smaller quantities, or degrading quality (any combination of these) in general for all goods, services, and assets.
There is a debt culture in the United States and a con going that one’s house is his or her most significant investment, which drives an outrageous asset price levitation in houses and other assets that are debt-financed in large part.
At the same time minimum wage laws, licensing laws, and other barriers to entry which always and everywhere benefit (and are often controlled by) incumbents reduce opportunities for people to get on the treadmill to grind over decades to higher income levels that might (after huge taxes every paycheck, quarter, and year) create the ability to partake of the now (visually due to the degraded currency) very expensive higher end assets.
A person that tends to be ill-behaved (or perhaps rebellious) can quickly see that there are means using force or fraud or sale of illicit goods to obtain funds to operate in the high-priced world that are prohibited by law and thus criminal acts.
Some interventionists have criminalized small problems, such as vehicular operational issues, frequent revenue tag expirations, and seat belt laws, making most people at some point criminals.
Criminals identify with other criminals.
Federal and police agencies have been engaging in civil forfeiture activities, taking more value than bona fide criminals over the last few years over the slimmest of accusations, in most cases without ever trying the persons whose properties they seize and liquidate
Non-criminals treated like criminals resent the police and other agencies that treated them so egregiously.
Members of government agencies (including judicial agencies) of all sorts enjoy government-created immunities from liability for their actions and when many people see issues not appropriately remedied waves of opposition can be created, especially when those drafting the narrative are members of the two groups that created the conditions bringing us to today or their ideological spawn.
