Could have used the so-called stimulus to bury lines instead of sending it to profligate states to continue to maintain bubbles in “public servant” wages and benefits, public schools and universities, financing for works projects supporting now unsupportable real estate development and financing for sports and high speed rail boondoggles and otherwise squandering those funds.
