Why our food is making us fat | Business | The Guardian

I read Gary Taubes’, “Why we get fat” ca. November 2011 and stopped eating potatoes, bread, pizza, corn and many fruits I had been eating regularly thinking these were healthy foods and reduced beer consumption at about that time at the good and repeated recommendations of Professor Reynolds of the University of Tennessee.  Everything he stated proved true for me.  I was’t super fat but was trending to porking up in November 2011.  Dropped at least 10 kilograms and two+ inches of waistline.  Handfuls of flesh about the waist and chest are gone.  Only downside, I have to buy or resize all of my clothes.

The Guardian recaps what I read from Dr. Taubes.  Why our food is making us fat | Business | The Guardian.
